Find out what wedding vendors actually charge, before the call.

We email the photographers, DJs, florists, caterers and hair and makeup artists you're considering. We chase every reply and line up real prices side by side, fees included. You only meet the ones in your budget.

Founding price for our first couples. A real person reviews every email.

The comparison on a phone: DJs for a wedding at The Orchard House. Beat Street DJs, $1,950 quoted, available on your date, replied in 6 hours, marked Meet first.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your wedding.

Date, venue, guest count and which vendors you still need. About 3 minutes.

  2. Approve your list.

Vendors you're already considering, plus ones we find near your venue. You approve every one, up to 15.

  3. We do the emailing.

Emails go out from your own wedding inbox, so every reply stays yours. A person reviews every email, and we follow up for 14 days until we have pricing or a clear no.

  4. Get your side-by-side.

Who's free on your date, what's included, what costs extra, and the all-in total. You decide who's worth meeting.

Sound familiar?

  • "Contact us for pricing" on every website
  • Inquiry forms that disappear into the void
  • "Let's hop on a quick call first"
  • A "price" that turns out to be missing the service charge, travel and tax

Planning your wedding shouldn't feel like a second full-time job.

What you get · $199

One-time. Founding price for our first couples.

  • Outreach to up to 15 vendors across up to 3 categories (+$49 per extra category)
  • Follow-ups for 14 days, so you're never the one chasing
  • A side-by-side comparison you can open on your phone and share with family
  • All-in prices: service charges, travel and required fees included where vendors share them, and flagged where they don't
  • Your budget stays private unless you choose to share it
  • We only message you when a vendor asks something only you can answer

Our guarantee: if we can't get pricing from at least 3 vendors in a category you chose, you get a full refund.

What we don't do: we never book, sign, pay deposits, negotiate or take calls for you. You stay in charge.

Hi, I'm Jonathan

I'm getting married in 2027, and I started upfront after spending way too many evenings emailing vendors just to find out what they cost. I review every email we send on your behalf. If you have a question, write to me at hello@upfrontwedding.com.

FAQ

Who sends the emails?

Your own wedding Gmail. It takes about 5 minutes to set up, and we walk you through it. Vendors reply to you, every thread stays in your inbox, and you get a copy of everything we send.

Is my budget shared with vendors?

No, unless you tell us to share it.

What if a vendor insists on a call?

We politely ask for pricing first. If they still want a call, we let you know and you decide.

Do you book vendors for us?

No. You choose who to meet, and you sign and book yourselves.

Which vendors do you contact?

The ones you're considering, plus ones we find near your venue. Nothing goes out until you approve the list.

How long does it take?

We share prices as they come in and keep following up for 14 days.

Who is this for?

Couples with a venue booked who still need a few vendors. If you're still looking for a venue, we're not the right fit yet.

Is this done by AI?

We use software to keep track of replies and add up prices, and a real person reviews every email before it's sent.
